Does any one know of a vendor that sells up pipes with blow off valve installed or setup for one thanks

Unless you're running a ton of pressure or going below 10's, they're not needed, so no vendor sells what you're looking for.

When U buy it, ask for the steel flange..{that is, if you are using a stock up.}
