boost issue

here r some pics of my WG setup and boost controller.

Take the wastegate off and make sure it is opening and closing properly. Are you sure the boost controller is functioning? Try turning it up.

Is that a large crack in the hot side of the turbo where it meets the DP or just a weird looking picture?

its just a weird looking pic, the DP is welded to the turbo. all the stock bolts broke off and i plan on upgrading this yr so..... ill check the WG and boost controller. just found a broken t-clamp so i'll test w a new clamp. gonna feel like an idiot....

we all been there!! glad you found the problem!!! i have to ask why weld the downpipe to turbo?

we welded the DP to the turbo cuz the stock DP bolts broke off in the housing when i took off the stock elbow. tried retapping but the drill bit just walked off the broken bolt. i plan on a bigger turbo next spring so it was just a quick fix. thx for the help
