I've seen the aftermarket anodized gold ones - don't want to invest time to prep and paint one.

looking for a new or like-new black 237 that has the Bosch info painted on vs others that have a label.

I've found on-line sources with wickedly varying pricing but I thought I'd give my fellow TB enthusiasts a chance first.

Please let me know what you have, either here or via PM. Thanks.

I have one I'll get u a picture of it

I also have a adjustable fpr aswell if interested

can't use the adj fpr. I have a brandy new accufab unit that I was saving for a stage build on the idea that I remove and store the original powertrain and build a fun motor and trans.

But this GN is completely bone stock. Considering that stuff is now 30 years old, today's 93 pump gas is not like it was, the factory ACXA prom timing is 22-23* during AE and PE so I'm looking into switching to TT's v5.7 prom. That's why I'msearching for the black 237 for continuing the stock appearance. I thought I had squirreled some 237s away but all I'm finding are more black 233's.

i have a couple 237 regs here, they are used, I'm pretty sure I have a near mint one, pm me your number and I'll text you a pic.

Thanks
Bill

Thanks for making the time to check for me. I've got to keep the stock appearance on this GN. It has zero mods. If I update the chip to TT, the only mods will be 255 lt/hr fuel pump and hot wire kit from the parts stash and a 237 fpr. To me, the Accufab afpr I bought from Full Throttle just does not look right on a bone stock car and since I would not go over 16-17 psi boost on pump gas alone, the micro adjustments of the Accufab is overkill. It's just frustrating I can't find a 237 that I know I'm supposed to have on the shelf. Maybe I gave it away to someone over the last several years.

had a good tech talk with Thumper yesterday. Bill confirmed the concept of updating the factory prom to TT's v5.7 with respect to the amount of timing in the stock prom combined with today's pump gas even though this GN is bone stock.

He also shared that the stock 233 fpr could probably be fine when using TT prom on a stocker. The 237 fpr at 42-44 psi may be too rich. He's had good success using a 233 with a TT prom on other stockers. So, I'm going to learn how my car works with a TT prom, 215 or 255 ltr/hr pump + hot wire together with the 233 fpr and a NOS set of Bosch injectors, flowed, verified and already installed.
