Breaking up at WOT

I raced my car with a advanced coilpack and orielys ignition module 3 weeks ago with 93/alky. Car ran perfect.
During the last few weeks, I converted my car to E85. This included external pump, plumbing, champion rails, E85 TT SD chip and Jim Dunn IC.
Started car and made several runs and it broke up at WOT. So, I changed coilpack and ignition module (same brands) and plugs to NGK's. First pass....Perfect. every other time the car broke up. So, I figured another bad coilpack and got a HO coilpack. First pass...Perfect... ever since, cars breaks up WOT.

Im going to unplug the cam sensor tomorrow and see what that does.
Any other suggestions?

Did you run again on your 93/alky set up without breaking up?

I had the same issue before. First time it was bad plug wire. Second time coil and module. What plug are you running as well with the e85? Gap as well? Those are also a big deal with e85. Im running AR132.

No. I still have a full tank of E85.

Plug wires Ohm out to 590 , 590 , 590 , 790 , 790, 590
Coil pack Ohms out to 12.5 , 12.3 , 12.7
Plug gap is at .030 on NGK8

If I remember right gap should be 25 to 28

Could be after the coil pack and module heat up is when you're experiencing spark loss.

Could drain the tank through the fuel rail and try the 93/alky setup and see if issues persist. Process of elimination is the worst.

Tighten up those gaps like quicker said. I'm on e85 and have them down to .28.

I would just buy new plug wires first they are less expensive. Then order a new coil and mod. I checked all that the same way. I changed the chip the ecm checked grounds got the hot wire kit. Then finaly figured out it was the coil and mod

Ill re-gap them to 25-28 then.
So, E85 requires a tighter gap?
