Anything special I need to know if I want to use a turbo Regal crank in my TTA? I know the TTA crank is crossed drilled but it has already been cut .20 and needs to be cut again and I have an uncut Buick crank laying around so.

i always though the drilled cranks were tta specific. but i had a buick guy tell me that some of the buick cranks were crossdrilled also.... anyone know (just curious).

I've never seen a Buick one cross-drilled but you never know. Maybe what they meant was the TTA and TR ones have the rolled fillets?

You could drill a Buick one to make it the same, but I always doubted most people would know a performance difference.

The target master crate GM motors built after 89 were all cross drilled cranks.

No 87 Buick came from the factory with a cross drilled crank.

Is there any performance difference.. probably not. Technically yes, realistically no.

I'd use an std std NA crank before i'd use a 20/20 turbo crank.
