I received a call from Idaho GN with some results from
Qualifying Sessions at the PSCA Race.

In Heavy Street:

Chris Chow ran a personal best of 8.32 @ 167 with a 1.3
60 FT. It seems that his tires have gone away so he is not
trying to run again until eliminations.

Manuel Bogosian has run in the 8.5 range which is also a personal best as far as I know.

In Out Law Street:

An unknown white t type came from no where and ran an 8.0 with more to go! I think this is Patrick Martinez. If so it is a twin turbo duttweiler motor with turbos and chassis by innovative turbo!

Both Chris and Manuel lost in their eliminations.

The white buick in outlaw ened up being Dale Pederson
from Canada. It has a twin turbo v-8 now, so I am sure
nobody cares.

Dave's car looks like it is kind of mellow and having traction problems ;) .

Congrats to all who raced.... even if you didn't win. There is always someone around the corner with a better car and more money. Who was once a contender one year.... can be outclassed the next. Name of the game in racing.

Guess Chris is going to have to step up to the T-100's sooner vs. later.

Chris's motor has more left in it. We need to work on the gearing and the torque converter. His old set of tires was the biggest problem. At his power level they are only good for about 10 passes.

V-8......V-6, who cares if they run like that, I just love Hotrods.

Small Block Chevy.
I don't think the Buick v-8 will live under 1600 plus HP.
