Buy now or next spring

Building 273 motor. Want to run approx 800 hp. Looking at Precision 76GTQ or 74 GTQ. Car will not be up for 6-7 months. With either turbo, would you buy now or wait till next spring to see if upgraded models come out??
Does anyone suspect upgrades coming out? Thanks Larry

nothing worse than buying a turbo with 1 year warranty and letting it sit on the shelf for 6-9 months while your engine is being rebuilt..
that would be almost the last thing i would buy-

I'd wait. At the least some more GT compressor wheels should be out so you might have a better choice, and at best the new GT double ball bearing center sections will be available for us if you want to spend the $$$.

I'd buy around x-mas. Everyone waits for spring and thats one reason why there are shortages. Nothing worse than waiting on 1 part.
