I ordered a high pressure power steering line for Bweavy last week. Found out through tracking over the weekend UPS LOST IT IN TRANSIT!
I contacted Brian and told him I was willing to pay again and order a replacement while my dispute was processed through UPS, since I didnt want to wait for the settlement/ refund, and Brian said not to worry, they will send me a complimentary replacement right away while the UPS dispute is still pending!
