Bought a Fast XFI and harness through them. Great service and better price. If Cal's support is as good as I have heard, I am gonna be turning a string of new best times with the new combo.

I feel sorry for him at the races though, he has so much going on along with trying to help all his customers with tuning that he has no idea which way to run.

sounds like his customers should leave him alone while he's racing...thats his time...if they need help tuning and such they need to call him during business hours or stop by the shop during business hours...

but thats just my opinion
 
He wants to help, why do you think he has these customers. He could easily tell them to go away but that wouldn't be too good for business. Then he would just be like everybody else.

JMO

I do agree somewhat though. I don't expect him to ignore his race program though and I won't tie him up. If I need serious help and can't fix it over the phone then I'll make the 14 hour trip to him or he'll get a plane ticket.
 
I didnt even get a start up program with my FAST system bought from Cal....
 
Did you give him your specs and ask for it?
I never had a startup program.But im sure if you asked for one he would have installed it in the ECM before he shipped it
