He wants to help, why do you think he has these customers. He could easily tell them to go away but that wouldn't be too good for business. Then he would just be like everybody else.

I do agree somewhat though. I don't expect him to ignore his race program though and I won't tie him up. If I need serious help and can't fix it over the phone then I'll make the 14 hour trip to him or he'll get a plane ticket.
