Can anyone tell me how to remove the covers from the front speakers

Door speakers, 1987 Concert Sound system. One speaker is blown so I'm going to replace both front door speakers. I tugged a little on the speaker cover but it doesn't seem to want to pop off, does the entire door panel need to be removed or can I do the swap without pulling the whole door panel.

Any advice would be helpful before I dig into this. TIA

Pretty sure you have to remove door panel.

Yup they are part of the door panel.

Pull door panel kinda a pain but not real bad. Did this earlier this year.

they make a tool for the clips in the door panel can but at any parts store the cardboard that holds the fabric on the door panels after 25 years gets brittle and pull through the backside of door panels it's only 8-12 dollars
