Trying to get a sparkplug wire boot off and pulled abit too hard a pulled the metal collar out. Is it as simple as pushing it back together and crimping the metal down on it. See picture please.

Its worth a try. Some crimpers have the provision for ignition wires.

Very simple fix .. they actually make the ends for replacement and you can get the crimping tool with .. very inexpensive and super simple to do
