cannot lock the car in running - needs the locksmith support

hey i have my car 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo and i'm having problem with it from few days ago. i cannot lock it with the car running. I have installed a remote starter and it will not lock the doors when it is remotely started. Can this feature be disabled and how much it will goin to cost? If anyone knws about it kindly help me from here.

Have you asked this ? of the remote system mfgr??
Who made the system? [Someone else on the forum may already have the same item.]
Have you looked in the owners manual, to see if you can do the disable thru the dash information center?
