When I stick my foot into my 86 t type and build boost, the check engine light comes on and then quickly goes off, and at the same time the car totally cuts out for a moment and the resumes running. It does not do this all the time, and seems to do it more often after I just start driving. It has good fuel pressure, and a new LS1 MAF. I do have the trans plus, but use the jumper wire on it because it will throw a code 42 if I have the timing control hooked up.
I am thinking that it is ignition related possibly. Coil pack? Module?
