Car running wierd....no o2's on the SM either?

My car is running kinda wierd. It even stalled on me but started right back up. I noticed that the o2's read "000" and the Cross Counts read "0". Does that mean my o2 sensor is bad? Its a brand new one(less than 200 miles) from Poston's.
