I had a rebuilt motor put in the car that starts up and idles, when you put the car in gear it stalls, Some guys say it may be the trans, put the car on jack stands and car goes thru all the gears and does not stall. Ok guys give me some help!!!!!

Whats the scan tool data tell you? This is a TR, right?
How about some build data?
Stock ECM?
Hi stall converter?
IAC?
TPS?
problem cold or hot, or both?
A bunch more info is needed B4 folks can make logical suggestions....

I would say the IAC should be reset, checked first there is a big procedure on gnttype.org to do it print it out.

You many want to verify the converter is unlocked if IAC #'s are in range(???)

I had a very similar problem. It would die when I put it in gear, before the tranny even seemed to catch. It was as soon as I moved the shifter.
My problem turned out to be my cam sensor. It was out of adjustment. The thing is, the car had been running fine until it popped a few times when I had it on a dyno. After that, I had trouble keeping it running.
Try unplugging the cam sensor(when the car is running), and see if it still happens. If the problem goes away, then your cam sensor is either out of adjustment, or is bad.
