carb problems

Got my car running and its totally rich and isnot responding to throttle , idiling rough and plugs are fouled black any suggestions?Dont know any about Q jets it is fresh and did work great befrore it sat in storage . Ihave a 650holley 6210 spreadbore double pumper.What do Ineed todo make it workand is it a good choice. Ialso think mypevr is bad so if i use a holley can it be hooked up the intake like my freinds 750 holley blower carb is. Ineed to know the metering block mods and base plate mods.Thaks mike

Get hold of dr_frankenstien. He's got the info on making a Holley work. You've got to do some changes to the power valve set up to make it work.
