Carfax follow up question

I just ran a Carfax on my 87 GN and found it be what I thought it was; that is to say a 42,000 original mile Texas Grand National. I am curious if anyone knows how to find the previous owners other than the ones shown on the title.

Not exactly a technical question I realize but I couldn't think of anywhere else to post this question.

All i can think of is maybe the dmv in your area or maybe reciepts for repairs if you have those, sometimes those get passed down. Does the carfax say how many times it was issued a new title in the records it says it has. Did you pay for just one carfax or multiples i need a carfax for my gn and would be willing to pay a few bucks.

Thanks for your input. I will contact the Texas DMV and see if the title numbers on my GN are traceable.

I thought about buying the bigger CarFax package but only ended up springing for the one timer.

I would start with DMV. On the carfax it should also show the name of the dealer that originally delivered the car. You might be able to get some more info from them such as window sticker, etc.
