I kept blowing the spark out with anything over 21psi. That's with autolite 24's @ .028 gap. I put the Casper's kit on there and it works perfectly! In fact, since my stupid wastegate flapper stuck again, I got about 27psi before it blew the spark out. Luckily I was in low gear and not under any real load before I got my foot out. I won't be doing that again.
 
Glad the Caspers kit helped. But if you are still blowing the spark out at 27 psi with what you have, you have another problem. I have been well north of 30 psi with my stroker motor and a 72mm turbo and never blew the spark out with a plug gapped at .028, stock coil and module. See if someone will let you borrow a module and coil.

Wait is blowing spark plugs out a common problem...I thought only ford 5.4's had that problem:D
 
It is like a pop and it falls on its face for a split second, then it comes right back and there is no indication of detonation or anything. It is very common.
