Changing headlights?

I'm curious about swapping in some composite headlights from a Monte or Cutlass. Has anyone done this and can lend any tricks?

I installed Cibie h1 lights. I rewired with heaver wire & used relays. They light up the road.

I have the same thing. Is there anything newer and clearer. I agree they are bright, but after 15 yrs, They need another change.

I've been trying to make the 89-91 Buick Skylark composites work. I've been trying to graph the Skylark lamps onto a Regal header panel. I've accumulated all of the parts but I always end up selling my header panel and have to start over. Some day I'll get it done. I'm thinking this is the only car to use because the parts look like they belong on a Regal and it wouldn't look like somebody put Cutlass parts on it. Here are 2 pictures of how the stock Skylark looks. Plenty of them in the boneyards too.
