Cheap Alcohol

I've almost got the alky injection hooked up I just got from Marc, and went to get alcohol. I haven't looked at home depot yet, but what I got was $3 per quart. Where is the cheapest place to get alcohol around here? It would be nice to find it in "gross" like 5 gal buckets or something.... But definitely need better than $3 per QUART!!

I think Guy get his from Sherman Williams. I think it runs around $9/gal.

Lowe's I've never seen it in 5 gallons yet . I think it was $9 a gal.

If you are interested in getting some Methonol Pacific Parts and Performance sell it for around $3.50/gal. But Steve C. don't reccomend Methonol, might or will damage the pump. But the cooling effect is allittle better that Denature.

Who bought Home Depot out of Alcohol?!!??!!?!?

I went last night and they were completely out of 1 gal can of alcohol. They only had the 1 quart size and they were WAYYY more expensive than anywhere for the 1 quart. But the 1 gal was $8.97. I just figured someone went and grabbed it all. I don't see anyone else needing that many 1 gal can of alcohol.

As far as the alcohol I think Guy buys them at Sherwin Williams. Hey Guy how much did it cost?

Yep, me too. Surprised me when I heard "Taz" coming from behind me. And I saw a Blue T-type over by FISC coming home from work yesterday too.

I just hope I can get the thing back together soon. I only have about 1-2 hours worth of work to get the new rockers in and adjusted, but work is SOOOO busy. Especially with the Greeneville undock.

You think right, And the can is sealed for your protection. There's a cap/plug?? you have to remove to get the Alky out of the can. I don't think the ones from Home Depot are sealed?

There's a chemical store diamond head of the love's bakery at the middle street intersection. I think it's up a ramp. You might wanna check them out for alky. My company has bought from them in the past. By the way, I was stuck in traffic the other day near subbase. I wonder if that was me you saw in the dark blue t-type.
