Chip Burning! SY TY Computer conv.

where can i find a chip burner and eraser, or some sort of chip that is controlled though a wire to the computer so i can change things on the go. Also i have been looking at a SYTY computer conversion so i have the eeprom. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

I was going to refer you to moates.net, also. Get the Ostrich, its well worth the money! (make sure it will work on your computer, I'm not that familiar with it).

TunerPro R/T is great, also! What bin file is the favorite for you guys and/or the Sy/Ty guys?
