Oil pickup is at the bottom rear of the pan.Oversize neck eliminates air being sucked in where the filter installs in the pump.Includes magnets and hardware.

Thanks guys. The kit is 289.00.The neat thing is the pan actually holds the filter and pickup tube at the perfect location where it cannot move.Easy install ,great for wheelstanding cars. While working on the filter I realized how sloppy the neck to pump bore fit is.This is regardless of sump or pickup design.I turned the od of the neck to .700" ,.010" wider than stock and the fit in the bore is incredible.I think I will be making a new set up for the stock pan to use with my sump kit with the same filter.

Sir, does that come with a drain bung?
Had a bath once with trans fluid, would prefer to not have it occur again...
But regardless, it's beautiful...

So very, very excellent. This will be my first purchase...when I pick up the next GN. Thanks for taking the time to develop a good product such as this!

Cris, that looks great!! Im gonna guess and say it uses a stock filter and gasket? Im gonna guess a 2-3 quart extra capacity maybe...?

Very, very nice work. Looks good. Thats aluminum right? Wonder if it could be easily painted/coated? Definitely on my purchase list.

Thanks.Pan holds 3.2 over stock.Material is stainless steel.Filter is not a stocker for this application .Painting or coating should be easy.

Yes it is and the temperature rating is way beyond anything the trans would ever encounter. The neck gets machined on a lathe so that it fits better than the factory filter into the pump and is held in position by the pan.

Nice piece chris, i was also worried about the the PCV tubing, but I will take your word about the temperature rating part, we all know that heat can take its tow on plastic and eventually the PCV piece becomes brittle and break but if you say its ok then it must be.. ;)

Im sure deep pans were thought of long before us.If it is for the same trans of course its not going to look like a c4 pan next to yours.

Lol

Comradery is cool , huh?
See we can still make light and have fun.
Have a great day gents.

Bruce,
I installed one of yours recently for a customer. Check the hole placement for the hole one back from the corner front on the drivers side. The one I installed the hole was off slightly.
I prefer the copper tubing myself.
