CK kit accumulator springs question

I'm getting ready to install the CK "shift kit" into my mostly stock GN. There are 2 different springs included for both the 1-2 and 3-4 accumulator. The instructions call for the stiffer springs for over 300hp applications. What is the difference and what would be the harm in installing the stiffer springs now, for the possibility that I might add more hp in the future? Also any install tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you have the stock converter id use the lighter springs. No harm if you use the stiffer ones but they are not needed for stock converter with small turbo.
