CK servo and shift improver question

I'm having an issue with 2-3 bind after installing a CZ VB/Governor, CK shift improver W/servo.

Does the small O ring on this CK servo look correct? Seems like its too small or sits to far into the land. Would this cause the servo not to release properly causing a 2-3 bind?

Thanks for calling my transmission guy and getting him all straightened out Chris. Just picked it up today and it's shifting awesome!

Lol yea this looks weird, sorry for not following up.

Chris @ CK called and spoke with my transmission guy that was working on my car. I was asking the question on his behalf.

The problem was my transmission guy installed an oring instead of the lip seal that was supposed to come with the servo that happened to be missing. The stock lip seal works in that particular application and fixed the bind up issue.
