Nice, you are having fun there making new stuff on the machines, much appreciated.

I have an older style with some cooling rows on the bottom and it seems to leak like mad.

Would rolling up the lip on the ends help? Something maybe to consider while it's still in the prototype stage.

photo of the pick up? also how about a photo with out the pan gasket

hey len thats not the gasket.it must be the lighting in the kitchen, thats what it looked like to me.Brian ,what is a doily?

Hey Chris how much does this thing weigh and how will the stainless dissipate heat compaired to the sheetmetal aluminum pans available now.

dont have exact weight yet but it looks like itll be 5 pounds .as far as heat dissipitation,i am certain there is no marginal difference between it and aluminum.without a test its difficult to give exact numbers but it is of no real importance if it is 2 or 3 degrees either way.the extra capacity and larger area in the air stream will greatly lower operating temperatures.the pick up assembly and baffling system is well thought out and will prove to be in a class all by itself.there is alot more to come, thats for sure.

Stainless is can be a great insulator...not a conductor of heat. I would vote for aluminum if you want to loose some heat!
