Climate control issues!

I have a '95 Grand Prix and I can't get the A/C to blow out the vents along the dash. I think its stuck in Defrost and floor setting. Does anyone have an easy solution to this problem?

Sounds like a vacuum leak, probably under the hood. If you don't see anything obvious, pull the battery out, then the battery tray. Some genius decided to run some plastic vacuum lines under the tray. Plastic + battery acid = Trouble.

Where would I look for under the hood?
Before I tackle the battery.

If I remember right, the clmate control vacuum line is T'd to a one way valve near the brake booster/wiper motor area.
