Closed Loop...where is it?

Hey everyone,

I spent a few hours this afternoon messing around with the FAST calibration, and tried everything I've heard to get it to run in closed loop. Absolutely couldn't get it to work! WBO2 is 1, A/F seems accurate, sensor voltage is .47-.49. I had a little afterstart enrichment, so I took that down to zero, thought that would get me into closed loop, but it just won't happen. O2% correction never comes off zero.
Could one of you guys check out my tune file? I would really appreciate your help!

OK, I'm looking at a screenshot I took this afternoon which has the VEGOS voltage at 0.49V. Would this keep the ecu out of closed loop? If so, do I need a new sensor? (hope not)
