My 200 4R clunks pretty hard when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd. What might cause this and what might be needed to fix it. The trans is a stock rebuild (by a so-called builder that I will never go to again). It has a Tranco kit, and a Super Servo. It did this before the servo was installed. Thanks for any responses.

the servo and hole drilling are responsible,or the tv cable is set too high.aluminum super servos are not only a waste of money but are junk.use a 200 1 piece servo and be on your way.

Thank you Chris, for your thoughts. As I said it did this before the SS was installed. I'll try loosening up the TV cable.

The only reason for the SS was because the trans was taking 5 to 6 seconds to engage second under mild throttle. Since I tow my bracket car with it I was concerned that the band would fry in a very short time.
