code 13 on new 02, junk 02?

i put in a new 02 due to code 13 and 44(i think) all the codes have stopped but i still get an occasional code 13, happens at cruise with engine warm when ive seen it. its just a bosch one wire 02

Install a factory GN (AFS20-delco) or GNX (AFS22-delco) O2 sensor and see if your problem disappears.

whats the difference between the gn and gnx 02's?

Guess i must be doing things wrong, i use bosch 1 wires on all my cars with zero issues.
