Why do you think the problem is the ECM? What troubleshooting have you done?
I followed the trouble shooting format, replaced the temp sensor and checked the
wiring . It seems to point to ecm

I went thru this with my truck
The parts guy gave me the wrong year sensor which is calibrated differently and threw the same code
After a day or two messing with it , I checked the part # on the sensor then got the correct one
Not saying this is your issue but wouldn’t hurt to double check it is the correct part
