I get an intermitant 32 code while driving normally, and a hard 31 code when I put boost to it. The EGR valve tests o.k., vac. lines are free and clear. The waste gate moves o.k. and the linkage seems to be right.
My question is this...since both are controlled by PWM from the ecm what are the odds that it is the ECM or have both of the control solenoids gone bad?
The car makes boost and is running very well, passed R.I. emissions with these symptoms. I'm just nervous about the 31 code
