Coil pack problem

Included a pic is this common? The car ran ok just was sluggish put on a spare from a late 80's riv and all seems better Anyone else had this problem?

Yeah the connection is gone looked to be broken off and burnt in the area.Didnt know if it was something to expect every so often.
