Since I just shipped a complete engine, I have seen the weight question asked many times, and now I can state an exact figure.
The engine is a Stage II build with all forged internals, alum heads, billet cam, oil pan, intake, timing cover with TA external oil pump, steel balancer and SFI flexplate, and it is a 4 bolt main block.
The scale weight was 400 pounds.
The Stage block is ~50#'s heavier than production blocks, and the forged rotating parts would add about 50#'s over a stock GN engine.
So with this basic info, one could closely estimate the weight of a given Buick V-6 engine.
