It's crazy to post something of this caliber and then say "make me an offer"

The seller could just say 35k obo. There is nothing wrong with a motor of this caliber asking for someone to make an offer. Anybody that knows anything about these motor knows he is going to lose some money on it so whats wrong with him trying to get as much as possible out of it. Either way someone is going to get a better deal than building it themselves and they are going to have less headaches and time wrapped up into it. If someone is a serious buyer they would be on the phone with this guy or private pm/email trying to get a jump on it and keep anyone else from buying it. JMO
