I am putting my rebuilt motor in and I want to put a stall converter in at the same time. I have a stock motor minus the cam it is a 206 cam and the heads have minor work done. Stock turbo for now but I am looking to upgrade within a year or so, nothing huge just a little more. What stall should I go with? I still want it drivable on the street but i want to be able to have fun with it too. All my other builds have been 5 speed cars so this is new to me. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

And what is the difference between a lock up and non lock up? I hear it thrown around a lot but have no idea what the difference is. Thanks again.

For a mostly stock GN, stick with a lock-up. Something like a 2400-2800 stall will really wake the car up.
