Doesnt matter to me. Unless you know how to set the switches (and where they are) and how to program FAST from a complete flat then the car wont run.

It does in Kentucky. I have gone to our DMV with just a license plate and walked out with all the owners information, never needing to provide my ID. The one GN I looked at, sitting in a parking lot for years ended up belonging to a co-worker...small world.
