couple of assembly questions

I am puting my motor back together and have a couple of questions.
I know this has been asked before but i can't find the thread.
1)Header bolts--which ones go on the top and botom of the long and short bolts?

2)intake gasket.The new intake gasket i bought was bent in delivery.I am trying to figure out if it will ok to use or if you guys would go ahead and get another one.I will provide a link to the pics below.

Geoff,

Long bolts go on the top, short on the bottom.

Let me know if you want me to get you another intake gasket.

maybe its just me but i'd bend them lil spots strait and put it on
