It's late, and I'm bored!:o
Was the innercooler fan installed when balancing the crank? Probably not and probably not enough to make a difference anyway.
I just removed mine and 16 year old air puffed out from behind the hub. I think it's the only thing clean and oil free on the car.(not for long :D )

id say no...you can get the crank balanced then after its right add the crank hub and fan and correct them to get the balance back that way if you go to a front mount or something later you can remove all that and add a billet crank pully and your crank balance wont change
