CRAnk senor code 42

I just pulled a code 42 the car is breaking up a bit anyone ever have this code?

Last time I had that it was an ignition module going bad and killing crank sensors.

I assume your talking about an ignition module if so I change it last week thinking it would take care of that rufff idle and today I get a code 42
