Crank trigger and DFI 6.32

I experienced some ignition problems with my Msd flying magnet crank trigger and my Accel computer.At 3500rpm's,the motor would brake up and miss,and I thought the computer was picking up rf interference.I got a inductive pickup distributor,and removed the crank trigger,and the problem went away.
I really want to run the trigger,has anyone had a problem like mine,or any reasons why it wont rev?
