I guess I was my sons age once. At 20 you don't feel NO pain to extreme Cold or Heat.
I remember working on our cars in ANY weather & it never really bothered you. But at 50 you start to feel it.
I need to Find a BIG HEATED GARAGE with a small house attached to it.
22 degrees is sweatshirt weather to me already this year. Todays windchill had to be well below 0 degrees? I spent a little time on a roof in Nashua today, not fun.
Glad the IR impact wrench worked out. I hope he put some antiseize on the back of the rims before putting them on. Nothing more frustrating than to have the lugs off and beat the rim off.
That's a big truck, you'ld need a commercial sized garage doorway to fit that sucker in.
The temps by this afternoon dropped to 13 with wind gusts to 45. Yup, sucks.
What street. I saw 2 guys on a roof & thought KOO KOO!
Not me, I was off Ledge st (Grand Ave) but there was a couple welders, a crew of roofers and a couple of our install guys up there all day. I was lucky most my work was inside.
Good looking truck by the way.
In that weather, my popps would have said "your arms arn't broke" while he was in his heated garage!! "Oh by the way, don't touch my tools!! Funny, 25 years later now that I have my own auto repair buisiness he's always using my hoist and tools AND LEAVES THEM OUT!!!!funny how they want our help with something like that. my son asked for my help installing an amp in his car a few weeks back and i told him i'll supervise but i won't be doing any installing. 22 deg weather i would have told him to be careful.
Come on....it's New England...stop being such a pu$$y!!!
Well, cold weather is subsiding but lucky us, 4 days of snow. Glad I already have gas for the snowthrower.![]()
