I blew an mtx 15 I had in my monte tonight. it was strange when I looked at it, the woofer cone was blasted to pieces on the right side. Has anyone seen that happen before? electronically the sub seems to be working fine. Its made from a really sturdy (apparently not) paperboard material coated with plastic.
Maybe a little duct tape will fix the cone up for now. I just thought it was strange I've never seen a sub do that before.
