Did I just screw myself??? Broken bolt in turbo

So just wondering if I completely screwed myself. I was pulling the bolts on the turbo I recently picked up to put on the bracket to bolt it to the J bracket and snapped to heads off the bolts. So can I fix it, or who so I send it to to get it tapped and taken care of??
