Difference between GN/TTA blocks & 25526110 block ?

What is the differences between a 86-87 GN, 89 TTA block and casting number 25526110 GM 231 block? The only obvious thing that I can see is the missing oil return hole for turbo that could easily be added...anything else?

i havent looked into it but beleive its not possible to use in RWD due to the motor mount locations on that block and the bellhousing pattern is for FWD transmissions

Thanks Paul...I looked some more last night and it looks like the 110 block also has the starter mount on the wrong side.
