do i build the engine?

im pulling my motor out of my 87gn with 78k miles on it, cleaning the bay up and making it pretty. im def. going to change the cam gear and timing chain along with changing valve springs, money is tight but im starting to think since im right there maybe i should port the iron stockers and throw in a roller stick.
the turbo is a pt60 which i want to keep! any info would be great

I dont think you need to rebuild it, I would consider a cam change if you have it out, and porting the heads
