Does anyone currently make a crank trigger wheel for Turbo Buicks?

I searched and found some older posts about crank trigger wheels but nothing recent. Does anyone currently make a crank trigger wheel for a Turbo Buick? I found some aftermarket alternatives that I could adapt to work and I am not opposed to that but wanted to check and see if anyone was currently making a bolt on set up. Thanks!

We use a crank trigger from the factory. Granted it's a hall-effect sensor not a magnetic sensor.
