Does Thrasher 108 use boost scaling and other ?s

I was just wondering... Since I have a stock turbo and can provide more than enough fuel with the thrasher 92 I was thinking of stepping up. The one problem I have is that I cut the waste gate rod a little short. The minimum I have is 21 PSI with the Thrasher 92. Will I get the same boost levels or will it be higher. I think there were posts on the old board that are long since gone now.
