I disagree. The realtionship is for his daughter to work out with her parents. She consented to it I would imagine so that is her choice. If he says soemthing to the parents he may make things worse for the girls with the parents.

Reminds me of an almost identical situation I had in high school and it made me wonder: If dad does catch you, and you indeed have an ass-whooping coming, is it OK to fight back? I mean, on one hand, you got it coming for doing the bad thing with his little girl (you'd do the same), but on the other hand he may beat you to death. When we got caught, her dad just looked at me and smiled, like serial killers smile when they think of the people they've killed. I was pretty scared. We weren't "doing it" (yet), but my uh, thing, was in her hand. I rememeber thinking "I can take him", but that might make it worse. I know that was the last time we did anything when he was home, friggin' psyco. God, now I remember doin' it in my formula firebird, talk about uncomfortable! Still beats a stompin' though.

One issue he is faced with, if his daughter is under 18 yrs old it may be considered illegal in most states. Her father could call the police and get him arrested for statutory rape! I wouldn't want tofight him and make it worse.

and belive me the feelings between me and this girl are the same, its not like i forced her to do anything. and the back yard? she wanted to hang out in the hamoc in the back yard!

i dont think this is a debate of weather kids our age messin around is right or wrong, because trust me im NOT the only one.

At first I was gonna say, "If you care about the girl, apologize. If not, just forget about it and walk." Pretty harsh, maybe, but y'all are young and there are "lots of fish in the sea", so you don't have to worry about impressing her parents.

But then I realized, since you're 18 and she's not, you better apologize no matter what. It might keep you out of big trouble later. I gotta be honest, it wasn't too smart to be out in the open in the backyard like that. I woulda never done that unless I knew the parents were in another country and the neighbors were gone, too.

I'm no caveman, but if I had a daughter who was messin' around with an 18 year old, I'd be pretty concerned. I suggest you take the "I'm sorry but I'm honorable" approach.

...Then keep it in the back seat from now on!

first of all, im 18 as well, and i live in CA as well. i dont know the extent of the statutory law in CA but since your girl is under 18, it is considered rape even if she was screamin for it. why is because she is not an "adult" so she is under her parents consent i guess. and i bet they dont want her doin it so its not really about what she wants its about what she wants. and you against her parents in court=NOT GOOD!! you could do time. im kinda hesitating to do this but at turbobuicks.com there was a post that talked about Terry Houston (the d/p guy) being arrested for this very crime, and most people that replied to that post said it really was him-----http://www.drc.state.oh.us/search2.htm

also, in CA the legal age for a guy to have sex is 14, while the age for girls is 18. good luck!!!

Of course everyone here understands your situation and I don't think anybody is trying to be mean to you. Some of us have been in similar situations, some of us have wisdom with age, and yet some of us are looking at this from their own perspective which could be a father, a mother, or even your own age.

I don't think we're trying to debate over if persons of youth (trying not to say kids) should be doing such things. Of course, it's pretty well known that this is a part of teen life. I used to be a middle school teacher when I lived in the states, and trust me, I heard all the stories of students having sex and sexual activity. So, please take the responses given here as everyone giving their two cents from their own perspective. We all really hope nothing comes out of this but there is the possibility of this situation not going away.

Take everyones advice, sit down, think it through carefully and know that we'll all be crossing our fingers that the decision you made turns out to be the right one.

I would just like to add onto this. KillrV6, you said that you DIDN'T actually have intercourse. Your sexual activity can still be considered statutory rape. Not AS easy to prove, but not that much more difficult either. I used to deal with a lot of people from protective services and I can't stress enough how they can and will look into this.

OK, enough of trying to scare you... hope everything works out well. I just want you to be informed.

guys relax. the law is not in question here, as that is not going to happen. they are NOT going to do that to me, i know because her mom would never let her dad do somthing like that, and trust me, daddy is WHIPED by her mom. the other day, in the height of his anger, he was meerly threatining to tell my parents. i think that the cases where people go to jail for this kind of thing are when it is slightly more severe, such as a case where the girl does not want it or both parents hate the guy the girl is seeing. also, i think that its more of a big deal if the guy is like 24 and the girl is 16 or younger. two or three years is a verry small diffrence. in fact i belive that if it is only a two year diffrence between the 18 year old and his girl, its not illegal.

Just to add something here that is of a similar topic. My wife works in a local school system near where we live. She told me the other day and biy and girl in the local ELEMENTARY school were caught foling around in the hall way. She was giving him a BJ. 16 is the age of consent in pa. See guys 20-23 have it rough. The girls our age are already nasty college girls that already gained their freshman 15 pounds and have been with 10 guys. To get a good girl you gotta seek the high schools for the hot chicks that haven't been gone through 5 or more times. I was lucky to find a girl that was a virgin. I don't see why a number is such a big deal.

Thing with parents catching you, WHO CARES! For a dad to get mad is the most hypocritical thing ever. He was probably the same way. Backseat action is a must. I took my girl's V in the my 88 Classic two days before it was stolen. That is more reason i am so upset that car is gone. My SS has seen 10 times more action than my room.
