Sorry, I did this late last night and forgot to say anything about shipping .

I ship FedEx Ground so on average it costs me about $10 to ship each of the items so all prices are + $10 s/h. I may be able to save you some $ on some of the small items by shipping USPS. Buyer to pay actual shipping costs. If it's less than $10 I'll refund it to you. If it's more, I'll eat it since I forgot to list it.

I say fair because they are not brand new. They have general wear and tear from normal use. Couple of scuffs, scratches, but nothing major. They are not mint but are still presentable. I would call them good used driver quality. Hope that helps.
